On selection of a property :
- XO Goa provides all real estate related paperwork and clearances
- Provides local legal counsel ( if necessary )
- Assistance in local liaison
- Assistance in planning , renovation or construction if property, if necessary
- All legal costs to be borne by client (due diligence, contracts, consultations, etc.).
- Real Estate Brokerage fee of 2% to be paid to XO Goa by both buyer and seller
